The Spa treatments, services, and/or facilities received or utilized at Bamboo Spa are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice or care. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Bamboo Spa, its hospitality group, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities. Please take a moment to read these:

1. Spa Etiquette 

To ensure that guests can enjoy the peaceful sanctuary of Bamboo Spa, we respectfully request that all visitors keep noise to a minimum. We ask that you respect other guests’ privacy by speaking softly. Please switch your cellular phones and electronic devices off or to silent mode. Guests under 15 must to be accompanied by a responsible adult. Children at the spa or playing at the spa (unless under treatment) accompanied by an adult.

 

2. Welcome Refreshments

Guests will be welcome with refreshments, a dedicated preparation time (shower / half bathe) for the guest may or may not be required by the masseur.

 

3. Check-in / Reservations

Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointment to avoid reduced treatment time. Advance booking prior to arrival is recommended. Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate others

 

4. Pre-Treatment

  • Last meal should be 2-3 hours before treatment (clear bowels before treatment)
  • Cease from eating and drinking, turn off all electronic devices, and minimize conversation during treatment
  • Do not hold any bathroom calls anytime during treatment. Kindly allow your body to eliminate toxins naturally

 

5. Post Treatment

It is important to drink lots of mineral water after spa treatment as the body release toxins during and after massage treatments. We recommend that you drink the juice of a green coconut to rehydrate and support the body as it continues to detoxify and purify.

 

6. Valuables

Please keep your valuables in your bag and place it in the cabin provided. The management and staff accept no responsibility for the loss of money and valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises. We recommend that no jewelry be worn at the spa. 7. Smoking and Alcohol

Smoking and consumption of alcohol within the spa are prohibited.

 

8. Cancellation / No-Show Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us re-schedule your appointment, subject to slot availability. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason without contacting the spa will be considered a “no-show.” A full fee will be imposed for a “no-show”.

 

9. Refund Policy

Treatment packages are non-refundable. Unused treatment package can be transferable given on the same date of booking. Furthermore, unused treatment package is non transferrable or non-exchangeable for another time.

 

10. Gift Vouchers

Treat a friend or loved one to an indulgent experience. Gift certificates are available for purchase. Please contact our spa receptionist for more details. Bawbawon gift vouchers can be avail and can be used in exchange of equivalent value of service or product offerings within the brands.

 

11. Special Consideration

Guest who have high blood pressure, heart condition, are pregnant or have any other medical complications are advised to consult their doctor before doing any spa services. Kindly inform your spa therapist of any allergies and or need for extra care (pain, injuries, tensions) or adjustments (positions, pressure).

 

12. COVID Protocols

During the spa treatments the therapist may or may not put a mask on assuring our guests that our staff follow the minimum health protocols.

 

13. Payment Types

We accept cash, debit cards, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express – with proper identification.

 

14. Right of Refusal

Bamboo Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct. Inappropriate conduct or language during a service will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct.
